Looking for some fun vegan treats to enjoy this Halloween? Look not further! We’ve listed some of our favourite vegan Halloween finds this year, from sweets and toffee apples to spooky crumpets and crisps.

Toffee Apples (Tesco)

These Parrs toffee apples are sold individually in the fresh fruit section of Tesco. We sampled one this week and it was delicious!

Ghost Crumpets (Asda)

Want to make your Halloween breakfast extra spooky? These ghost crumpets from Asda are a really fun idea.

Pumpkin Crumpets (Morrisons)

Can’t get enough of the novelty vegan crumpets? You’ll want to grab these pumpkin shaped ones from Morrisons too!

Fizzy Fangs (Sainsbury’s)

These fizzy fang sweets from Sainsbury’s are accidentally vegan and great for trick-or-treaters.

Monster Claw Crisps (Tesco)

Unlike branded Monster Munch, these Tesco’s own Monster Claw crisps are completely vegan – yum! Great snack to throw in a bowl and serve as part of a Halloween buffet.

Super Scary Fizzy Spiders (M&S)

Trick or Treat! Best Vegan Sweets for Halloween 2017

Are you worried that you won’t have anything to give trick-or-treaters this year? Luckily, loads of sweets sold in normal UK supermarkets are vegan-friendly, and we’re sharing some of our favourites below.

Drumstick and Refresher Choos

New this year, these Drumstick and Refresher Choos are a fun, nostalgic option, easy to throw into a bowl and offer around. Currently available at Tesco and Asda.

Candy Kittens

These ‘gourmet’ chewy sweets have a delicious pineapple flavour and are sold at Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and various clothes shops! Watch out for their other flavours, as most aren’t vegan.

Jelly Tots

That’s right, Jelly Tots are vegan! These mini bags are perfect for giving out on Halloween.

Dip Dab

Another fun classic that’s vegan-friendly, dip dabs come in individual packets and make a change to the usual chewy sweets.

Starburst

Starburst are another great option to add to a big mixed bowl of treats.

Skittles

Skittles are vegan, too, and mini or individual bags are perfect for trick-or-treaters.

Oreo Snack Packs

They’re not technically sweets, but these Oreo snack packs are vegan-friendly and make a nice change.

Top UK Vegan Halloween Treats 2016

It’s not long until Halloween, so we’ve put together a list of spooky vegan treats available in the UK. Most of these items are available for a limited time, so stock up if there’s anything you really like!

Halloween Tube of Rich Dark Treacle Crunch Biscuits from Wilkinson’s

These biscuits are pretty unusual – they aren’t too sweet and have a rich treacle flavour. Nice change from sweets and come in a fun tube.

Toffee Apple from Morrison’s

Toffee apple for 57p! Make sure you check the label – this one contains E22 which is vegan-friendly, but there’s one on their website that uses carmine.

Dark Chocolate Bat Lolly from Lidl

This cute dark chocolate bat is one of three chocolate lollies sold at Lidl, but he’s the only one that’s vegan!

Zombie Fingers Wotsits from Asda

These limited edition Wotsits are ‘Flamin’ Hot’ flavour rather than cheese, and suitable for vegans. They’re limited edition, so we’d recommend stocking up if you’re a fan.

Strawberry & Butternut Bear Claws from Asda

For a healthier option, try these ‘bear claws’. Made from only apples, pears, strawberries, butternut and black carrot extract. There’s also a green variety with apple, pear and pumpkin.
